Предположим, от 9,5%, меньше найти сложно, плюс различные комиссии, страхование… Опять же, платежи исключительно аннуитетные у всех банков, то есть в первое время тело долга практически не уменьшается. Люди выплачивают сплошные проценты. Представляете – платишь, платишь, а даже коридор еще не выкупил, не то что спальню. – Сколько нужно платить и когда можно уже покупать квартиру? – Минимальный ежемесячный паевой взнос – 10 тысяч рублей (это для этапа накопления первоначальной суммы). Накопить нужно 35% от стоимости желаемой квартиры, после чего пайщик автоматически становится в очередь на покупку жилья. Там ждет приблизительно год – это средний срок, надеемся его сократить – и через этот год покупает квартиру. Недостающую сумму доплачивает кооператив, на него же и оформляется собственность. – А потом что делать, где жить? – В этой же квартире и жить.
